Our client wanted to host a reward and recognition event, to celebrate their employees successes and to treat them to an evening of entertainment. We were tasked with sourcing a venue, coming up with the evenings agenda, and managing the entire event from start to finish.
We met with our client and received the full brief. Our team then began sourcing suitable venues and creating a shortlist to share with the client. We decided upon the Italian Villa at Compton Acres. This impressive venue is set amongst 10 acres of landscaped gardens and was the perfect backdrop for our evening event.
After sourcing the venue, our creative team began planning the finer details, which included theming and decorating the event space. Before we put the plan into action, we first created bespoke invites for all attendees and, once event numbers were secured, we sourced accommodation for guests.
The event build itself, included custom AV equipment, sound & lighting and dressing of the room. We carefully planned the lighting for the night, which was a mix of atmospheric blue and green tones. The main stage of the event was fitted with several screens, to allow the presentation of company success, and an awards ceremony.
We provided entertainment for the night and worked closely with the in-house caterers at the venue to design elegant canapés and a special evening dinner menu. Our team was on hand for the entire event to ensure it ran smoothly and to take the pressure off our client so they could enjoy the evening too!
