Seventa Events works closely with Nuffield Health to book and manage all of their hospital’s AGM’s across the UK.
Each AGM follows a similar structure and begins with a meeting followed by a drinks reception and dinner.
Every venue needs to be located near the relevant hospital and must offer complimentary car parking for the attendees. For each AGM we source a range of venues, from hotels to stand alone venues, ensuring we give Nuffield Health a wide range of options. These range in price and offering but our simple and concise presentations make it easy to compare each option.
Once a shortlist of venues has been selected we will coordinate site visits, either with the client attending or independently if required.
When the decision has been made we handle all the on-going co-ordination with the chosen venue, ranging from catering and menu choices, to AV requirements and transport logistics.
