Nuffield Health is one of the leading not-for-profit healthcare organisations in the UK. The brand has a number of private hospitals, medical centres and fitness and wellbeing clubs across the country. They approached us to work with them and launch six roadshows, which would be held in various regions across the UK during the summer.
The main requirement of the brief was to source suitable event venues for the brand’s six roadshows. The locations were outlined as: Scotland, central and east England, south-east England, south-west England, London and Epsom.
We set about researching possible venues. Once we found the right location and venue, we started negotiating with each one to get the best possible rates for both the event space and accommodation.
After securing the various venues, we began collaborating with the client on the finer details. We arranged site visits, helped them create a healthy lunch menu that complemented their brand ethos and we worked on the AV content and equipment to deliver a consistent event experience.
We were on hand across all sites and events, to set up, run and manage the individual days activities and agenda.
