Saffery Champness approached us to help them plan a Partners conference with a difference. Bringing their teams together from across the country, they required a top class venue to host over 150 attendees for a 3 day long event including accommodation, group activities, a multitude of catering options, conference rooms and leisure facilites.

We were delighted to secure Bournemouth's 5 star Hotel; The Nici

With a brief stipulating a 'wow' factor, we were delighted to secure Bournemouth's Nici Hotel for Saffery Champness to enjoy a exclusive use of for the entire event.

The newly refurbished destination hotel perched on Bournemouth’s West Cliff, offers spectacular sea views, landscaped gardens, conference rooms, a brand new spa and gym, outdoor pool and easy access down to miles of award-winning sandy beaches.

Taking its inspiration from South Beach, Miami; The Nici was perfectly suited for the event and offered Saffery Champness an in and outdoor setting like no other.

With the Hotel serving as the base camp for a fun-filled 3 days, we also sourced 5 local restaurants with exemplary reputations to cater for their diverse team. These ranged from Sandbank's finest fresh fish restaurant at Rick Stein's, through to a local legends such as Isabel's Brasserie.

In addition to the Nici's in house facilities we also provided away-day activities including Clay Pigeon Shooting and Chef-lead Cookery Masterclasses within the New Forest's Chewton Glen Estate.

On the day

Upon their arrival, guests were welcomed in to their rooms with a luxurious gift bag of home grown produce including Jimmy's Iced Coffee and Black Cow Dorset Vodka.

Having familiarised themselves with the surroundings it was time for the main event, which included :

  • Breakfast in the Nici Hotel Restaurant

  • Exclusive use of the Nici's 'Ocean Drive' conference room complete with all A/V requirements

  • Exclusive use of the Nici Spa or the opportunity to experience Clay Pigeon Shooting or a Cookery Masterclass on the Chewton Glen Estate

  • Live entertainment for evening events including live band and contortionist

  • Audio/Visual production for a conference of 150+ guests

As the 3 days came to a close, we were delighted to receive overwhelmingly positive in person feedback and look forward to planning more events, conferences and parties for Saffery Champness in the future.
